My Instructional Design focuses on the development and growth of the learner’s relationship to a subject.

Merging the content and goals with the intended audience, and bridging the gap by using the most effective methods available, thus removing barriers to access and learning.

Context matters.

Effective teaching is more than being an expert. It’s about understanding who and where our students are, providing a learning opportunity that considers how adults best learn, understanding that adult bring complexities and history to every moment, then removing access barriers so that everyone who wants to learn can, by designing engaging courses and lessons.
